Returns & Refunds
You are welcome to return products that are in original condition within 15 days of receiving the order. We will charge a return fee of 59 DKK. If you return 4 or more items from your order, you will be charged 10 DKK. per extra item. Read more HERE.
To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal and follow the steps below:
We no longer send out any return labels with our orders, if you would like to return anything from your order then please register your return on our return portal and you will receive a return label or return instrctions on there.

Only items from the same order can be sent back in the same parcel. Always save the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
GLS
Register your return on the return portal to receive a return label. Simply attach your return label to the outside of your parcel and hand it in at a GLS parcel shop (If you have not received a return label please contact us HERE). You can find your closest GLS parcel shop HERE.
Budbee
- Register your return on the return portal.
- Repackage your product(s) in the bag you received your order in, you don't need a return label for this return.
- Go to the Budbee app and find the order you want to return.
- Click on "Book a return"
- Select via a parcel locker, and book the desired box (the box will be bookoed for 30min). You will receive a PIN code that you need to enter at the box display yo open rhe compartment.
We no longer send out any return labels with our orders, if you would like to return anything from your order then please register your return on our return portal and you will receive a return label on there.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead.
If you bought an item with a discount code and wish to re-order it in a different size, we can re-apply the discount code for you. Just get in touch and provide us with the order number of the original item as well as the new one.
Please note that if you have a claim you have to register this in our Return Portal, no longer by contacting our customer service.
We want to inform you that we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. In the instance that it is found in our return warehouse, you can request to receive your item back. We will charge you 300 DKK for creating freight documents and shipping it to you.
