Who? What? Huh? Hmm… Life can be confusing at times, but we’re here to help with any NA-KD related questions.
I have problem with a discount code / My discount code is not working

Most of our discount codes can be used once and you can only apply one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined and can only be applied for fashion items at regular prices, unless stated otherwise on our site.

Always make sure to enter your code exactly as you got it. Also, make sure that your discount code has not expired and you are not trying to purchase items excluded from this particular code.

If you placed your order just nowbut you forgot to add your discount code, you are welcome to contact us and we will help you with this.

I haven't received my order confirmation!

You will automatically receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers. Some mailbox providers (including Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders, so we recommend checking those and other filters you might have enabled. If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us for further help!

If you were logged in to your account when you placed your order you can always go to My Account and view your orders.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation. In this you will find a link to the delivery company's webpage where you can track your order. Remember that our delivery times refer to business days, so do not include weekends. 

Keep in mind that it can take up to 24-48 hours from the time you receive your shipping confirmation to update tracking.

Have you received my return?

Our return process should take up to 14 days from when you send back the package. Because of the Holiday season there might be some delays in processing, as the shipping companies were not operating during public holidays.

Once we have processed your return, you will get an e-mail and you will be refunded accordingly to your payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.

Can I return sales items, jewelry, lingerie and swimwear?

You can return sales items as long as all the tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition. 

You can only return swimwear and lingerie if they are unused and the hygiene protection is still intact and attached, as well as the tags. We do not accept returns on jewelry unless they are still in their original packaging. If you open the sealed plastic we can't accept them in return. 

Can I edit/cancel my order after I placed it?

Sadly, no. Once your order is placed and imported to our system, we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.

We are really quick at processing your order and are therefore unable to cancel it before shipping. However, you are always more than welcome to return your order to us for free if you do not wish to keep it.

Do I have to pay customs or any other charges?

When shopping at NA-KD you only pay what you see in the checkout, NA-KD always takes care of everything else! No need to worry about any extra charges such as duties, taxes, or VAT after placing an order!
