We no longer send out any return labels with our orders, if you would like to return anything from your order then please register your return on our return portal and you will receive a return label on there.
To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal at na-kd.com/returns and follow the steps below:
- Repack your items in the delivery bag
- Stick the return label you have received with your order, onto your return parcel
- Follow the instructions provided below or in the Return Portal to send it back to us
Note that you cannot return your order using a regular mailbox. Only items from the same order can be sent back in the same parcel. Always save the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
DHL
Simply attach your return label to the outside of your parcel and hand it in at a DHL Service Point. You can find your closest Service Point HERE.
Budbee
- Register your return on our return portal, you will receive return instructions after this.
- Go to the Budbee app and find the order you want to return
- Click on "Book a return"
- Select via a parcel locker, and book the desired box. You will receive a PIN code that you need to enter at the box display.
Please note that no return label is needed for returns with Budbee.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead.
If you bought an item with a discount code and wish to re-order it in a different size, we can re-apply the discount code for you. Just get in touch and provide us with the order number of the original item as well as the new one.
