By choosing this option, we guarantee that your order gets VIP treatment and is packed with priority at our warehouse.

You will automatically receive your order confirmation by email within 24 hours of placing your order. You can also see your completed orders by logging in to your NA-KD account and going to "My orders".

You will receive an email with a direct link where you can track your order.

You can also track it via our Tracking page by using your email address and order number or log in to your account and find the tracking link under “My Orders”.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours from the moment your parcel has been shipped to the link to be activated.

No, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

We usually can not change the delivery address, but with a few carriers it is possible to change the parcel shop/locker.

Unfortunately we are not able to apply a discount code in an order once it has been placed.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year.

You can use more than one gift card on the same purchase. They can also be used in combination with a discount code.
