Returns & Refunds
You are welcome to return products that are in original condition within 15 days of receiving the order. We will charge a return fee of 3,95 EUR. If you return 4 or more items from your order, you will be charged 1 EUR per extra item. Read more HERE.
Please note that we have stopped sending out our return labels in physical form, to receive your return label you will need to register your return or claim online in our Return Portal.
To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal at na-kd.com/returns and follow the steps below:
- Repack your items in the delivery bag
- Stick the return label you have received in the return portal, onto your return parcel
- Follow the instructions provided in the Return Portal to send it back to us
We no longer send out any return labels with our orders, if you would like to return anything from your order then please register your return on our return portal and you will receive a return label on there.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead.
If you bought an item with a discount code and wish to re-order it in a different size, we can re-apply the discount code for you. Just get in touch and provide us with the order number of the original item as well as the new one.
Please note that if you have a claim you have to register this in our Return Portal, no longer by contacting our customer service.
We want to inform you that we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. In the instance that it is found in our return warehouse, you can request to receive your item back. We will charge you 30 EUR for creating freight documents and shipping it to you.
