Connecting business and Tech
A big part of my role is about connecting people. I spend a lot of time understanding what different teams need, translating business requirements into something actionable for Tech, and making sure we continue moving forward.What I wish more people knew is how much of my role is about listening. It’s not just about managing projects – it’s about gathering insights, creating clarity, involving the right people, and making sure we’re aligned on what we want to achieve. Being that link between Tech and the wider business also means I get to learn about many different areas of the company, which is one of the things I enjoy most about my role.
Bringing the NA-KD rebrand to life
''One of the projects I’m most proud of from the past year is being part of the rebrand of the NA-KD website''It was a large initiative involving many teams, tight timelines, and a lot of moving parts. My role was to help keep Tech and the business aligned – making sure decisions were clear, expectations were set, and progress kept moving forward. Seeing the new look and feel come together was incredibly rewarding, especially knowing how much collaboration, planning, and problem-solving went into bringing it to life.The project was also a great example of how we work together at NA-KD. Everyone involved was engaged, supportive, and solution-oriented, with a real willingness to share knowledge and help each other succeed.
