No, you don't! You can place an order without having an account. However, a user will be created, connected to the e-mail address you used when you placed the order.
We have made it easy to become a part of NA-KD. Simply go to the top right corner of the homepage, click the User icon and then Sign up.

If you wish to double-check your order details after your order has been placed, you can do so in My account by selecting the Orders tab. You can also find registered details regarding your order in the order confirmation.
It is not possible to change your order details after the order has been placed. Therefore, we ask you to make sure that you enter the correct shipping/billing address and personal information before completing your purchase.
When logged into your NA-KD account, go to My account. There you can edit all your personal information such as shipping/billing address, phone number etc.
Yes you can! Simply click on the heart on the product and it will be saved to your wishlist in your NA-KD account. To access your saved items, click on the heart at the top right corner of the page or go to My Page and then Likes.
You can also check your most recent views by clicking on the eye at the top right corner of your page! Please note that the products in your wishlist, or recent views, will not appear in your shopping cart and are not reserved until you place your order.
By going to My account and selecting Orders, you will have access to history of all orders placed with your NA-KD account.
Don't worry! When trying to sign in, click Forgot your password. Enter your email address and click the Reset password button. Then you should receive a notification email from us with a link to reset your password.
If you wish to change your password, go to My account and edit your password in Login section.
If you haven't received any message after subscribing to our newsletter, we recommend checking your Spam folder.
Some mailbox providers (including Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders, so we recommend checking those and other filters you might have enabled.
You always have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter. Simply click on unsubscribe at the bottom of one of our newsletter emails.
We do not recommend unsubscribing by marking our emails as spam via your mail provider. This might also block all notification emails regarding your orders and returns, such as order and shipping confirmations, etc.
Although we are sad to see you go, you always have the option to close your NA-KD account! To do so, please contact us and we will help you out. We do not recommend closing an account if you have recently placed an order or are planning to make any returns, as you might miss important updates from us.
Have in mind that your NA-KD account is free and makes ordering easy as you do not have to fill out your information every time you shop and you can easily overview your order history. If you ever change your mind, you are always more than welcome to come back!
