SLOW MORNING // 7.00 AM - 8.00 AM How do you start your days with self care in mind? âFor the first hour after I wake up, I give myself a social media detox, journal & read, which is why I designed my loungewear & lingerie to be extra soft & cosy! I even embroidered my motto onto one of my sweaters as a reminder to take this time to recharge.â
CYCLING // 9.00 AM - 10.00 AM How important is staying active to self care? âReally important! Keeping active clears my mind & keeps me focused on the present. I wanted to design only comfy clothes that feel good to move in for this. Also lots of bright colours that give me an extra happiness boost!â
GRABBING COFFEE // 11.30 AM How do you take care of yourself on busy days? âDressing up & grabbing coffee puts me in such a good mood! I wanted this collection to not only be comfy but also super stylish. Feel good materials like corduroy, soft knits & fleece teddy jackets for brightening your days!â
LUNCH BREAK // 1.00 PM - 2.00 PM Do you make time for walks regularly? âI try to! On busy days, things like daily walks do tend to slip though. This collection is a reminder for both myself & my followers of how important small things like a walk are. A short break, fresh air & taking care of yourself is productive; even if it's just wearing your new fave dress, listening to your fave music & admiring your home city.â
POST-WORK // 5.00 PM - 6.00 PM How does being in nature help your mental health? âIt helps me ground myself & connect with my environment. Slipping on this extra soft, fluffy teddy jacket at the end of the day to see the beautiful autumn leaves? You canât beat it!â
