You are welcome to return products that are in original condition within 15 days of receiving the order. We will charge a return fee of 59 NOK. If you return 4 or more items from your order, you will be charged 10 NOK per extra item.
Any order placed from 20 November to 21 December can be returned within 40 days.
We know that ordering gifts over the Christmas period can be stressful, so to help out we have extended our return period during the holiday season.
To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal
Only items from the same order can be sent back in the same parcel. Always save the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
Please note, you will not be sent a return label through the return portal. If you need a new return label, please contact us HERE
Helthjem
Depending on which return label you have received you can either: drop it off at a Helthjem service point or schedule a pick up from your own letterbox.
Please note that option B is not possible without a QR code.

- If you choose to schedule a pickup, scan the QR code on the return label to book a pick up. Write the 5-digit code you will receive from the booking so it’s visible on your parcel and put the parcel on your doormat before 23:00 on the chosen pick up date.
Instabox
Click on the link in the text message you received from Instabox - Can't find the link? Go to instabox.no/return and enter your phone number or parcel ID. Follow the instructions from Instabox and then leave the package in your chosen Instabox.
Unfortunately, we are not able to apply a discounts to an order once it has been placed.
Please note that if you have a claim you have to register this in our Return Portal, no longer by contacting our customer service.
Our return process takes up to 14-21 days from when our warehouse receive the items. During peak seasons, the handling time for returns might be slightly longer.
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the package. Please register your return under 'My Orders' or in the Return portal.
Note that a return fee will be be deducted from the refunded amount. As soon as your return has been handled you will be refunded through the original payment method you chose for your order.
You are welcome to follow your return parcel by using your return tracking number in our Tracking Portal.
It is not possible to change the address on your order once it has been placed. If you are unable to collect your order it will be returned to us automatically.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with all shipping information.

You can track your order via our Tracking Portal. There you can find details regarding delivery of your package by entering your email address and order number.
Please keep in mind that it might take 24-48 hours from the moment your parcel is shipped for tracking information to be updated.
If you have already received the shipping confirmation and the package is blocked in transit, do not hesitate to contact us.
Sadly, it is not possible for us to cancel your order or modify sizes or items once it has started being processed.
If you wish to cancel it due to an incorrect address, please do not hesitate to contact us if your order still has not been shipped.
