As women, our bodies are constantly changing. They are beautiful reminders of where we’ve been and where we’re yet to go. This is something Mathilde Gøhler honours in her first swim line.
She celebrates her own pregnancy, changing body and what it means to be a woman and mother.
“Instead of hiding our pregnant bodies, we should embrace them. They are making a baby – that’s pretty awesome.”
Swimwear made with recycled polyester:
Made from plastic production leftovers and plastic waste, recycled polyester requires far fewer processing stages and energy usage. It's use also makes sure that less plastic ends up in landfills or in nature.
“I want women to feel comfortable, confident and supported in my designs.”
“I feel the most beautiful and alive when I am pregnant. It feels empowering to embrace my body and the changes it goes through."
