Working at NA-KD means that no two days are ever the same - and that’s exactly what I enjoy most about my role. A typical day for me consists of staying in close contact with our amazing influencers, who create inspiring content and marketing for the brand. Most of our communication happens through email and regular Teams meetings, where we discuss collaborations, upcoming campaigns, and ongoing projects.
Internally, we also have frequent meetings to plan future activities, review campaign results, and analyze the performance of our collaborations. A big part of my role involves reviewing and organizing influencer content before sharing it with our Social Media and Merch teams. I also spend time analyzing results to identify opportunities for future campaigns and rebooking profiles for upcoming collaborations.
The days are fast-paced, creative, and social - always with plenty of coffee and tea breaks in between.

The work behind successful collaborations
One thing I wish more people knew about my role is how much relationship-building is involved behind the scenes. Creating strong and long-lasting relationships with influencers and agents is one of the most valuable parts of the job.
Our collaborations play an important role in strengthening and representing the NA-KD brand, and it’s incredibly inspiring to see the impact they have on both our marketing and our community. At the same time, there is a lot of planning, coordination, and scheduling involved in every collaboration. Each project requires careful communication and preparation to ensure everything runs smoothly and delivers the best possible results.
Bringing the brand to life
One of the projects I’m most proud of from the past year was being part of our pop-up tour in Denmark. I was responsible for inviting Danish influencers to two separate events - an evening event before the store opening and a breakfast event on opening day itself.
Another highlight was joining our brand trip to New York this April together with several influencers from across Scandinavia. I was responsible for booking the profiles, acting as their main point of contact on-site, and uploading content across our social media channels throughout the trip.
Seeing everything come together after months of planning and preparation was incredibly rewarding and made the entire experience even more memorable.
