How to measure your bra size: The ultimate guide

By NA-KD
Find your fit, with confidence. Wearing the wrong bra size? You’re not alone. But getting it right is easier than you think and it’s the key to making every outfit feel and look better. With just a soft measuring tape and five minutes, you can take the guesswork out of bra shopping.

The 3-Step Method

1. Measure your band: Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Keep it level. Round to the nearest even number this is your band size (like 75 or 34).

2. Measure your bust: Place the tape across the fullest part of your chest. Don’t pull too tight, this number reflects your bust size.'

3. Calculate your cup: Subtract the band from the bust. The number = your cup size (1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, etc.). Combine for your full size e.g., 75C or 34C.

If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a ribbon or charging cable and mark your length, then measure it with a ruler. Or try a bra size calculator online for extra support.

Your body shifts. So should your bra size. Remeasure every 6 months and always check fit guides for S/M/L styles.
