You are welcome to return products that are in original condition within 15 days of receiving the order. We will charge a return fee of 59 SEK. If you return 4 or more items from your order, you will be charged 10 SEK per extra item. Read more HERE.
To return your order, register your return through our Return Portal and follow the steps below:
Please note that you will not receive a return label in your package. In order to get a return label or QR code please register your return on our return portal.
Only items from the same order can be sent back in the same parcel. Always save the return receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
Postnord
Attach your return label to the outside of your parcel and hand it in at a Postnord Parcel Shop. You can find your closest Parcel Shop HERE.
Budbee
- Repackage your product(s) in the bag you received your order in, you don't need a return label for this return.
- Go to the Budbee / Instabox app and find the order you want to return
- Click on "Book a return"
- Select via a parcel locker, and book the desired box (the box will be bookoed for 30min). You will receive a PIN code that you need to enter at the box display yo open rhe compartment
Instabox
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead.
If you bought an item with a discount code and wish to re-order it in a different size, we can re-apply the discount code for you. Just get in touch and provide us with the order number of the original item as well as the new one.
