Who? What? Huh? Hmm… Life can be confusing at times, but we’re here to help with any NA-KD related questions.
Where is my order?

Due to Black Week, our warehouse is working shifts around the clock to make sure that you get your order as soon as possible. However, we have seen unprecedented sales this past week (thank you!), so it may take a little longer than usual, please bear with us.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with all shipping information.

You can also track it via our Tracking Portal. There can find details regarding delivery of your package by entering your email address and zip code or with your tracking number.

Please keep in mind that it might take 24-48 hours from the moment your parcel is shipped for tracking information to be updated.

Have you received my return?
Our return process can take up to 14 days from when you send it.

Please note that the return tracking is only available up until a hub from which the return will be sent to our return warehouse.

Once we have processed your return, you will get an e-mail confirmation from us and you will be refunded accordingly to your payment method.
I forgot to add my discount code, can you help me?

We can add MOST discount codes if your order hasn't been shipped yet! Kindly contact us with your order number and the discount code you wish to add to your order. We will happily do it for you as long as the code is still valid and applicable to the items you've purchased.

Please note, this is only possible for codes with a % to be taken off.

Can I edit/cancel my order after I placed it?

Sadly, no. Once your order is placed and imported to our system, we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.

We are really quick at processing your order and are therefore unable to cancel it before shipping. However, you are always more than welcome to return your order to us for free if you do not wish to keep it.

I haven't received my order confirmation!

You will automatically receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers. Some mailbox providers (incl. Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders.

If you were logged in to your account when you placed your order you can always go to My Account and view your orders.

If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us for further help!

 

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.

Do I have to pay customs or any other charges?

When shopping at NA-KD you only pay what you see in the checkout, NA-KD always takes care of everything else! No need to worry about any extra charges such as duties, taxes, or VAT after placing an order!
